  • What is the grievance redressal policy atHomedelight?

Customer feedback helps us strengthen our processes and therefore we earnestly solicit feedback for every touch point. If the service delivered is not up to the mark customers can expect a redressal according to their requirements and to their entire satisfaction within 48 hours at no additional cost.

  • What is the refund policy at Homedelight?

After completion of the grievance redressal procedure, in case the customer is still dissatisfied with the deliverables and if the complaint is found to be genuine to the management, 100% of the service charge will be refunded within 7 working days or earlier as the case maybe at the discretion of the management. The refund will be made via the same channel which the customer would have used to make the payment.
